The Town of Norwich, VT is seeking bids for the replacement of five existing undersized 15-inch round culverts (#22, #24, #25, #29 and #30) on Turnpike Road.
The Town would like to have the project completed as soon as possible, no later than September 30, 2026.

Bids are due no later than Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
