Board of Civil Authority

The BCA is composed of the Selectboard members, the Justices of the Peace and the Town Clerk. The board hears property tax assessment appeals and manages elections.

Property Tax Assessment Appeals: The BCA acts as a quasi-judicial body to hear appeals on decisions of the Listers.
