Norwich Town road and bridge weight restrictions take effect as of February 28, 2026.
Restrictions may extend until late April/early May, or when the threat of road damage has passed.

To request permission to drive an overweight vehicle over posted roads/bridges, please complete a Permit to Drive Along Posted Roads form and send the completed form to the Norwich DPW via email at DPW@norwich.vt.us for review. Once approved, a countersigned copy of the form will be returned to you via email.
