The Norwich Planning Commission is seeking consultants to execute on a Municipal Planning Grant awarded to the Town in January 2026 to develop a Village Master Plan.
RFP documents can be obtained from the Town of Norwich website at this link or at the Town Hall located at 300 Main Street, Norwich, VT.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM on August 27, 2026
