The Town of Norwich, VT is seeking bids for the removal of the existing bridge pavement and approach pavement, cleanup of an emulsified asphalt that is accessible from the top of the bridge deck, and installation of new pavement, a waterproofing membrane, and approach paving. The bridge railing will need to be removed as part of the work and the Town is using the opportunity to repair the existing bridge rail and approach guardrail by replacing deteriorated rail elements.
