Update on the town-wide reappraisal: The Town-wide reappraisal effort was delayed as of May 2024 with a commitment by KRT Appraisal to complete the reappraisal as of April 1, 2025. Property assessments used for the 2024 grand list were the 2023 assessments except for properties that had building permit information to capture. An updated reappraisal plan will be communicated to property owners as soon as it is available. Questions? Email the listers.
