The Norwich Development Review Board (DRB) reviews land development as defined by the Norwich Zoning Regulations and Subdivision Regulations. Position Descriptions – Boards & Committees
The DRB meets on the third Thursday of the month. The DRB reviews applications for:
- site plan approval
- conditional use approval
- subdivision approval
- variances
The submission deadline for complete applications (including applicable permit fees) is 30 days prior to the DRB meeting date.
