Subject:	opposition to Town Plan changes



I am thoroughly disheartened by the moves by Planning Commission to alter the essence of Norwich.  
Development along the river and along Route 5 will change the town forever.  How sad that the 
pressure for these changes is coming in large part from folks who moved here from away and now wish 
to ruin what we have guarded for many decades!
